2023 SHUNTO DEMANDS

1. Company raise base salary of all members by 10% in order to account for inflation and previous years of salary freezes.  

2.  Company treat as invalid Dis-request, Dissatisfied or Somewhat Dissatisfied eCFF scores when student gives no reason or if the reason given is unrelated to the teacher's delivery of the lesson. 

3. Company include weekly guaranteed non-teaching units (e.g. preps, training, or offices) for all members and not designate preps as sick cover. 

4. Company offer open-ended, regular and permanent employment to all union members upon their first contract renewal or upon the first renewal after unions(Tozen Union and Begunto) declare their membership to management.

5. Company raise the number of paid sick days for teachers to 10 days (equal to HQ staff).
